• Setup and modify network infrastructure of retail store network by setting up IP address and VLANs on-site using the Meraki Configurator
• Deploy and maintain POS (register) application systems by creating custom scripts to deploy patches (Symantec Altiris)
• Track incidents using BMC Track-It and maintain RMA records by working directly with vendors
• Setup and deploy Windows workstations using active directory
• Manage and deploy Cisco MDM, managed and update profiles on iOS and associated apps on iPad and iPhone
• Set up Lab environments with a database cluster using Esxi VMware and maintain it
• Set up Lab environments Apache cloud stack and its environments for a local VM to end clients
• MS SQL with SSCM and My SQL server
• Helpdesk support and troubleshooting for retail locations across the United States
